As a member of the PNG SAP IT Support team, the successful candidate will bring strong SAP ISU experience to the team. The team’s responsibilities are to work with vendors, including SAP and Accenture, and perform any other tasks to ensure the system performs 24x7 to meet business needs. This work entails defect analysis, design, and the testing of defects and system enhancements, as well as responding to tickets and day-to-day support activities. The ability to query SAP & the BW is also required for research and analysis. The desired candidate must have 5-7 years of SAP ISU experience in support and delivery of production systems.
