Job description

  • Design and build scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React and JavaScript, delivering intuitive interfaces for campaign management, targeting, and analytics dashboards
  • Develop and optimize responsive UI components that ensure exceptional user experiences across advertising platform views and reporting interfaces
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs built in Java, .NET, or Node.js, and contribute to API design to ensure efficient frontend-backend interaction
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into polished, high-quality user-facing features at pace
  • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and CI/CD processes to help scale the AdTech platform from MVP to enterprise-grade solution
  • Support integrations with major advertising ecosystems, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements to performance and platform stability

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on frontend development using JavaScript ES6+ and React, including hooks, state management, and component architecture
  • Proven track record building complex, data-driven UI applications using modern frontend tooling such as Webpack, Vite, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience integrating and designing REST APIs alongside working knowledge of backend technologies including Java, .NET, or Node.js
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and Agile development environments, with solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and application resiliency
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones
  • Background in AdTech, digital advertising, or media and publishing domains, with experience integrating advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager or similar ecosystems would be nice-to-have
