Client Services Architect

We seek an experienced AI Solution Architect to join our team to develop Reference Architectures for Agentic AI development on VCF. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VCF hands-on deployment, upgrade and migration services, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly?

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on deploying AI workloads on VCF, demonstrating how SDDC components of VCF can bring ROI for customer deployments
• Configuration and upgrade services within our R&D lab environments
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in identifying opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings
• Participate in pre-sales conversations, design, planning of services engagements when required
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to others looking to deploy AI workloads on VCF

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or a related field and 12+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering, * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 129,400.00 To USD 207,000.00
