SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) Lead Consultant

• Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting Finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Center Accounting
• Work with business teams to map business processes and identify gaps
• Engage with business, SAP COE leaders, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to provide best-fit technical solutions aligned with global template solutions
• Perform FIT/GAP analysis and write functional specifications for RICEFW
• Develop user documentation in collaboration with business teams
• Drive functional integration of Finance E2E processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA
• Support design, development, testing, and cutover activities
• Work with process teams to develop and execute test scripts for integration testing and regression testing
• Work with business and data teams to support master data and transaction data validation for ITC1, ITC2, ITC3, and production cutover

• Strong ERP Finance and Controlling knowledge
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
• Minimum 15 years of SAP FICO process design, deployment, and configuration experience
• Strong focus on General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with document splitting, extension ledgers, journal entry processing, accruals, recurring entries, exchange rates, and foreign currency revaluation
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end fixed assets process
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay processes and FI/CO integration
• Experience with Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, US GAAP, and IFRS
• Applied experience with banking, Cash Management, and Treasury
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams and PMO
• Ability to manage business users independently
• Flexible schedule required to support multiple time zones
• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred
• Medical Device / Life Sciences industry experience preferred

$80 - $90 an hour - Contract
