IT Coordinator - Part-Time

Empowering Minds Resource Center is looking for a Part-Time IT Coordinator to provide desktop support to EMRC staff computers, including Windows troubleshooting, supporting desktop applications, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position is a hybrid role, allowing for remote work; however, in-person support will be required for certain service requests and travel between agency sites may be necessary.

Do you have experience in Interpersonal skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma

• Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student

IT Skills

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook administration
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues, including hard drives, RAM, and printers
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Ability to troubleshoot independently with minimal oversight by full-time staff
• Ability to write documentation in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with SharePoint preferred
• Experience with network support preferred, * Strong communicator and writer; proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Able to interact with staff and clients in a professional manner
• Ability to travel between agency sites as needed
• Team player
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn new technology
• Fast learner
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Prior help desk experience preferred
