Job description

We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to support the development and modernization of complex desktop applications. The role focuses on building high-performance C++ solutions, optimizing existing applications, and gradually modernizing a large Legacy software landscape.

Tasks:

Develop and maintain high-performance C++ components for desktop applications.
Analyze and optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.
Design and implement Multithreading and concurrency solutions.
Support the modernization of Legacy components (MFC, ATL, Win32, Delphi) to modern C++ and .NET technologies.
Collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams while leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate refactoring and code analysis.

Requirements

Extensive experience with modern C++ (C++14/17/20), including Multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Strong expertise in Qt, CMake, Conan, MSVC, and the integration of CEF.
Proven experience modernizing and maintaining complex Legacy desktop applications.
Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach and high quality standards.
Experience with AI coding tools (eg, Claude Code) and regulated environments is considered an advantage.
Fluent English
