Software Testing Solution Consultant

UST is searching for a Software Testing Solution Consultant who will perform risk-based testing, stakeholder management across multi-system environments.

The opportunity:

• Execution governance

• Dependency/release management, estimation, vendor/offshore management, Agile/SAFe.

• Quality Engineering & Process - defect leakage control/RCA (Expert, 8+), QA metrics/KPIs, test management tools (JIRA/qTest), test data & environment management.

• Technical & Automation - automation framework oversight, API/middleware E2E testing

• CI/CD & DevOps, SQL/data validation

• Performance testing, and AI/GenAI in testing (emerging)

• Expert: 8+ years An experienced Test Manager who owns end-to-end quality delivery across integrated supply chain systems (Oracle ERP, o9 planning)

• Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Estimation, Resource & Capacity Planning

• Expert: 8+ years Responsible for strategy, governance, and risk management across planning, inventory, order fulfillment, procurement, and downstream ERP integrations

• Defect Management & Leakage Control (RCA, metrics)

• QA Metrics, KPIs, Dashboards & Reporting

• Test Management Tools (JIRA, qTest)

• Test Data & Environment Management
