Senior Software Developer (.NET)

General Job Description: Leads software development and application modernization activities supporting enterprise and mission systems utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies.

• Must Reside in the DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia)
• Must have a minimum of 10-years Experience
• Master’s Degree Highly Preferred, Full Stack .NET Development, JavaScript, JSON. Design, develop enterprise software applications in .NET Core 2.0 using MVC in C#. Design, Develop in ASP.NET Core web API and web-component based web UI. Design databases in MS SQL Server. Design applications using different architectures such as Micro Service-based architecture solution using Azure Cloud.

Extensive knowledge of .NET core and .NET Standard code libraries.

Active scrum team participation, creation and validation of tests using SSDLC in an Agile environment.

Develop design documents, application infrastructure diagrams and flow diagrams which can be used while implementing solutions.

At least 10 years of experience in a software programmer/developer role of which 3 years must be in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years .NET development experience

• Recommended Certifications: Azure Developer or Agile certifications preferred.

• Experience supporting enterprise applications.

• Strong API and integration experience

• Agile development experience
