• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams follow Agile values, principles, and frameworks.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain steady team velocity and delivery flow.
• Coach teams, product owners, and business partners to strengthen Agile maturity and support enterprise level transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, transparency, and predictable delivery outcomes.
• Support or assume project management duties, including planning, tracking, risk/issue management, and cross team coordination.
• Collaborate with Middle and Back Office stakeholders to align delivery with operational processes, regulatory expectations, and business priorities.
