  • Bei Hemmersbach kannst Du Deine Leidenschaft für den End User Support in vollem Umfang ausleben.Der direkte Kundenkontakt mit vielseitigen Anforderungen und eine Leidenschaft für Hard- und Software beschreiben Deine Wunschposition schon sehr genau?Als Teil unseres Onsite Support Teams in Marburg bist Du genau für die Themen verantwortlich, bei denen Dir das Herz aufgeht:Installation, Konfiguration und Einrichtung komplexer IT-Systeme
  • Inbetriebnahme sowie Pflege von IT-Systemen (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, …)
  • Hardwarereparaturen sowie 2nd Level Aufgaben mithilfe eines Ticketsystems
  • Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT 2nd Level Support
  • Software-& Hardwarekenntnisse im Second Level
  • Umgang mit Intune + AD + Ticketsysteme
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
