Requirements

  • Communication Skills - Exceptional written and oral communication abilities are essential. The candidate must be able to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Flexible Schedule - The candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends. There is no planned overtime expected, only a flexible schedule to accommodate weeknight and weekend production deployments.
  • Technical Aptitude - Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies for production support and validation testing.
  • Database Skills - Proficiency in SQL, Dremio, and Snowflake is necessary. The candidate should be familiar with reading and analyzing data, as well as understanding database structures.
  • Coding Experience - Some coding experience is a plus, but not required, as it will enhance the candidate’’s ability to contribute to various technical tasks.
  • System Architecture Understanding - A solid understanding of system architecture is warranted for analyzing and improving existing systems.
