Associate, Integration & Separation

• Supports integration and separation engagements across pre-close planning and post-close execution phases.
• Assists with analysis related to operating models, functional readiness, and transition requirements.
• Prepares schedules, analyses, and supporting materials for engagement deliverables.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support coordinated execution.
• Participates in internal working sessions and supports client requests as directed.

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources, Math, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience., * Internship or experience in consulting, operations, or transaction-related roles., RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who will require sponsorship now OR in the future (i.e. F-1 visa holders). If you are a recent U.S. college / university graduate possessing 1-2 years of progressive and relevant work experience in a same or similar role to the one for which you are applying, excluding internships, you may be eligible for hire as an experienced associate.
