Job description

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with a strong background in enterprise application development using modern Java technologies. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Java, microservices, cloud-native development, and containerized applications. Required Skills (Must Have) 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development Core Java Spring Boot & Spring MVC REST API Development Microservices Architecture Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift Apache Kafka MongoDB or CockroachDB Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) CI/CD pipelines Git, Maven, or Gradle SQL and NoSQL databases Strong understanding of JVM, multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning Agile/Scrum development methodology Preferred Skills Splunk MQ/Messaging technologies MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra Automated testing and code quality tools Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java and Spring Boot. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices. Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift. Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka. Work with MongoDB/CockroachDB and relational databases. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement CI/CD best practices and maintain high code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
