Sr Business Analyst, Blue Yonder

A Fortune 500 industrial and manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Blue Yonder to support and enhance its supply chain planning and fulfillment systems. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into scalable solutions within the Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) environment. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-minded, with experience supporting supply chain applications, managing integrations, and driving continuous improvements across planning, fulfillment, logistics, and distribution processes.

3-5+ years of experience supporting Blue Yonder (JDA) or similar supply chain planning solutions

Experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Support role

Strong understanding of supply chain planning, fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations

Experience providing Level 2/3 application support and troubleshooting complex system issues

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Proficiency with SQL/PL-SQL and relational databases

Experience supporting system integrations between enterprise applications

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to create technical documentation, test scripts, and process documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field Experience with Blue Yonder SCPO

Korn Shell scripting experience

Cloud architecture experience

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or retail environments

Experience developing custom reports, interfaces, or system enhancements

Prior involvement in large-scale supply chain technology implementations

Ability to present technical concepts to executive and business audiences
