Job description
We are currently seeking an IT Risk Analyst to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. In this role, you will help identify, assess, and reduce IT and cybersecurity risks across the organization. This position partners with IT and business teams to strengthen security controls, support compliance initiatives, and improve overall risk management practices.
This position requires working onsite Monday through Friday in Huntley, Illinois. We do not offer relocation assistance.
A typical day as an IT Risk Analyst can include:
- Conduct IT and cybersecurity risk assessments
- Evaluate controls and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Support vulnerability management and system hardening efforts
- Assist with incident response and root cause analysis
- Monitor compliance with security standards and frameworks
- Develop risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3-5 years of IT risk, cybersecurity, audit, or related experience
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks
- Experience with vulnerability management and system hardening
- Ability to support incident response and risk mitigation efforts
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. We do not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
