ERP & Business Systems Analyst

Primary administrator and subject matter expert for our Plex ERP system. This individual will support business users across the organization, develop reports and dashboards, leverage AI-driven tools such as Data Magik to provide actionable business insights, and help drive continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes., * Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for the Plex ERP system.

• Support users across production, quality, purchasing, inventory, shipping, customer service, finance, and management.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate solutions with Plex support when necessary.
• Maintain system configurations, security, user access, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through better utilization of Plex functionality.
• Facilitate customer EDI changes in Plex.

Reporting, Analytics & Data Management

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business analytics using Plex ERP data.
• Utilize Data Magik and AI-enabled reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present operational data.
• Partner with leadership and department managers to provide meaningful insights that support decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and promote best practices for data management.
• Assist with KPI development and operational performance reporting.

Business Process Improvement

• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and administrative teams to understand business needs.

• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and process standardization.

• Participate in ERP enhancements, upgrades, and implementation of new functionality.
• Document procedures and train employees in system usage and best practices.

IT Support (Backup Responsibilities)

• Provide backup support for basic IT operations.

• Assist with user account management, hardware deployment, software support, and troubleshooting.

• Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
• Support technology projects and system improvements as needed.
