Requirements

The selected candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This individual must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and resolve complex system-related issues. A balanced technical and business mindset is critical to effectively support operational needs. This role offers broad exposure across multiple functional groups within Stellantis., Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or similar industry Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask within tight deadlines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytic tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Finished Vehicle operations or a related discipline Prior automotive and/or IT systems experience Familiarity with Stellantis ICT systems Proven ability to operate effectively in global, cross-cultural environments Foreign language proficiency Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA The selected candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
