Principal Software Engineer - Robot Applications & Voice AI

• Implement high-level application software and robotic behavior state machines
• Translate human speech and gestures into actionable robotic tasks
• Integrate multi-modal inputs for contextual awareness
• Develop robust voice applications managing STT and TTS interfaces
• Build orchestration workflows to enhance robotic capabilities
• Orchestrate navigation, manipulation, and perception services
• Contribute to production readiness through CI/CD practices

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Python and/or C++
• Proficient in BehaviorTree.CPP, state machines, and task planning architectures
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, and agent frameworks
• Strong background in designing scalable application-layer software
• Experience optimizing applications for resource-constrained edge devices
• Familiarity with cloud AI services and containerized deployments
• Expertise in automated testing and CI/CD practices
