Job description
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience to support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of secure DevOps practices across enterprise applications and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevSecOps methodologies, CI/CD automation, cloud security, and Dynamics 365 platform support., Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
Embed security controls and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and security testing processes.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
Monitor environments for security vulnerabilities, compliance requirements, and operational performance.
Integrate SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and other security tools into development workflows.
Manage secrets, certificates, access controls, and identity management across environments.
Support Dynamics 365 release management, environment strategy, and deployment automation.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or similar technologies.
Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis activities

Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on experience supporting and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing security controls within cloud and application environments.
Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
Experience with source control management tools such as Git.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, etc.).
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of identity and access management, security compliance, and vulnerability management. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Power Platform.
Azure certifications (Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect).
Experience with security scanning tools, SIEM solutions, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and cloud governance best practices.
