Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about working with data to generate insights and support business decisions. The Data Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms., * Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.

  • Clean and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc data requests from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and reporting logic.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
