Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support enterprise applications and master data administration across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting critical systems, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring consistent, accurate, and compliant master data management across the organization., * Support and administer enterprise applications and operational systems across multiple business areas.

• Perform application configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system support to ensure reliability and performance.
• Create, maintain, validate, and archive master and referential data to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Support system integrations, middleware applications, data mappings, and cross-reference tables.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and improve data and system processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners on system updates, integrations, and operational support.
• Maintain documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to audit controls, governance policies, and data management standards.
• Analyze data issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, testing activities, system upgrades, and new implementations.

• 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, master data, or related operational/technical systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand complex business processes.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience documenting procedures, workflows, and technical processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Understanding of data governance, master data management (MDM), and data lifecycle best practices.
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, middleware, or data pipelines preferred.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, analytics platforms, or workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise application environments preferred.
• Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise application administration across multiple platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems, scheduling systems, logistics platforms, or operational applications.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including UAT and regression testing.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
