Job description

Create/modify stored procedures based on specifications document.

Create/modify custom gap tables that support stored procedures.

Meet with Business Analyst SMES to review specifications documents.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Version control?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 5+ years of experience as a T-SQL programmer.

Good understanding of T-SQL programming.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.

Design and develop tables, views, stored procedures, indexes, functions, dictionaries, and complex ad-hoc queries for SQL Server databases.

Experience with appropriate source control and change management methodologies.

Previous knowledge of full lifecycle activities to include requirements analysis, design, development, functional testing, pushes to production and operations/maintenance.

Development of quality database solutions.

Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.

Ability to analyze existing and new SQL queries for performance improvements.

Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Team player.

Good time-management skills.

Great interpersonal and communication skills., Solid Background in Healthcare IT, Medicaid, PHI Data, HIPAA, EDI Transactions, Claims Billing

Web Services and familiarity with AWS or AZURE Cloud
