Salesforce Architect | Quote to Cash

• Lead architecture and design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and adjacent business systems to support scalable growth
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs
• Design and implement declarative Salesforce solutions, including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, Lightning applications, integrations, and automation
• Identify gaps between current and future-state processes and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and performant, following Salesforce platform governance and lifecycle management practices
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and administrators
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ and Billing issues and escalations while driving continuous platform improvement

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration and platform experience in enterprise environments
• 5+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent Quote-to-Cash solutions
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption
• Strong expertise in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder facilitation, along with deep understanding of Salesforce security, governance, release management, and platform lifecycle management
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, CPQ and Billing Consultant Accredited Professional, or Platform Developer I or II
• Experience with Conga document generation and designing quote-related templates
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
