Job description
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues throughout the integration and test lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to execute system integration activities.
- Develop and execute integration and test plans for complex systems.
- Support system verification, validation, and qualification testing activities.
- Assist in evaluating system performance and resolving technical issues.
- Document test results, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support engineering activities using systems engineering principles and methodologies.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field with 2+ years of related experience, or MS Degree in a related technical field.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and firmware issues.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Experience in an integration and test environment for complex electronic systems.
- Experience performing Design Verification Testing (DVT), Environmental Qualification Testing, and EMI Qualification Testing.
- Working knowledge of DOORS and Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRMs).
- Experience with one or more of the following: EOIR systems, sensors, optics, RF/EW systems, DSP, antenna design, computational electromagnetics, or RF test equipment.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo.
- Experience applying systems engineering principles to develop and execute integration test plans.
- Knowledge of MATLAB, C, C++, Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience writing and executing test scripts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance preferred.
Requires a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field with 2+ years of related experience, or an MS Degree in a related technical field. An Active DoD Secret Clearance is required to start.
