Advanced Citrix DaaS / CVAD engineering

Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops administration
NetScaler / ADC design and support
VMware ESXi / vCenter engineering experience
Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) expertise
Google Compute Engine (GCE) administration
Hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure design
Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) experience
Windows Server & Active Directory integration
Root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting
ServiceNow / ITIL processes experience
Performance tuning, capacity planning & lifecycle management
Documentation, architecture diagrams & runbooks
Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform) preferred
Experience supporting high-availability enterprise environments
