Job description

We are seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer to support advanced communications and aerospace-related programs. This role is responsible for integrating complex hardware and software systems and executing comprehensive system-level testing to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with technical requirements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in highly technical, cross-functional environments., * Plan and execute system integration and testing activities for advanced communications platforms

  • Perform hands-on integration of hardware and software subsystems, identifying and resolving interface and performance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define integration requirements and address technical challenges
  • Conduct system-level testing in controlled lab environments as well as field or over-the-air testing scenarios
  • Analyze test results and provide clear documentation, reports, and actionable recommendations
  • Track and communicate integration progress and status updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and procedures to improve testing efficiency and coverage
  • Support system verification, validation, and acceptance testing efforts

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred, A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in systems integration, testing, or related technical fields (e.g., communications, RF systems, or aerospace technologies), * Experience working with wireless, RF, or satellite-based systems

  • Familiarity with phased array or advanced communications technologies
  • Exposure to regulated or mission-critical environments
  • Experience supporting validation or customer acceptance testing processes
  • Eligibility to obtain or maintain a security clearance (if required)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse engineering teams
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and think critically under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and reporting
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing and reporting deliverables
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments

Technology Stack:

  • Programming and analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, or similar
  • Test and measurement equipment for system validation
  • Automation tools or scripting frameworks for test execution
  • Data analysis and reporting tools
  • General engineering design and collaboration platforms

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a standard office, lab, or testing environment
  • Ability to operate a computer and technical equipment for extended periods
  • May require occasional lifting of light equipment or working in specialized test environments
