Job description
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Salesforce Developer to join their organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to build custom solutions and automate processes. You’ll leverage knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle (SDLC) to design and implement new features, user interfaces (UI) in Lightning, and integrate them using Gearset for CI/CD pipeline. Some Lightning maintenance is involved, the focus leans heavily on backend development using Apex for custom rules, triggers, and event-driven architectures. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in collaboration and possesses strong initiative, as there’s potential for future leadership within the team. This is a 6-12 month contract.
Requirements
6+ years of experience building and deploying applications on Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and best practices
Experience building custom features and functionalities (Apex, Lightning)
Experience designing user interfaces
Experience managing data and security through data model, reports, dashboards
Experience integrating with other systems through APIs
Experience using source code control systems
Gearset experience for deployment Bachelors Degree
Experience mentoring junior software engineers in technical aspects
Experience developing Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud modules Platform I or II certifications or Tra
