Lead Developer (.NET Full Stack)

Maricopa County is seeking a Lead Developer to mentor development teams, provide advanced technical guidance, and support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This role involves leading a small team, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment., * Lead and mentor a team of developers, including code reviews, performance evaluations, and one-on-one meetings

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications
• Analyze business and technical requirements and provide solution recommendations
• Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications in production
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business analysts in Agile teams
• Implement best practices for source control, CI/CD, and deployment
• Modernize legacy systems (AngularJS Angular, .NET Framework .NET Core)
• Support integration using APIs, messaging systems (IBM MQ), and real-time technologies (SignalR)
• Handle production support issues and ensure system stability

Do you have experience in Version control?, * 5+ years of experience in .NET full stack development

• At least 1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong experience with:
• C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
• Angular (v8+), TypeScript, AngularJS migration
• SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Experience with:
• Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes (or similar platforms)
• Microservices architecture and design patterns (SOLID, DI, Repository, Unit of Work)
• REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with SSRS and Power BI reporting
• Hands-on experience with Git or TFVC for source control
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, * Experience in government, judicial, or public-sector systems
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with SignalR, IBM MQ, and real-time messaging systems
