Mobile App Technical Writer

For our location in Vienna, we are looking for someone that can bring the Technical and Human aspects together and bridge them. A person that can understand the technical terms of Mobile App Development and translates them to clear and understandable User Documentation.

Will collaborate closely with the Mobile App Development team, working on new functions but also identifying content gaps, either by creating content independently and/or coordinating with subject matter experts, helping to build the future railways application that will mark the new standard in Mission Critical Communications (voice, data and video):

• Design, write, maintain high-quality documentation of our mobile applications, including API guides, tutorials, and user manuals for end users of our system.
• Collaborate using standard tools like Jira and Confluence
• Interaction with Customer teams collecting feedback and providing clarifications

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Professional experience in technical documentation writing, specifically within mobile applications.

• A university degree in English, linguistics, or computer science.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical content into impeccable, and easy-to-understand descriptions.

We offer a gross annual salary in line with the market, starting at EUR 50,000 per year. A higher salary is possible depending on your qualifications and experience. Interested?
