AI Implementation Analyst

• Support the implementation and optimization of the ABBYY OCR platform

• Train and maintain document templates and recognition rules for vendor documents

• Review OCR output and validate extracted data for accuracy and completeness

• Identify trends, exceptions, and recurring issues impacting recognition rates

• Collaborate with team members to provide feedback and recommendations that improve OCR learning and performance

• Assist with onboarding new vendor document formats

• Create files from OCR-generated data for integration into RightAngle

• Test system changes and help refine workflows and business rules

• Document findings, best practices, and process improvements

• Participate in ongoing discussions regarding how the tool can become more efficient and accurately process documents

• 1-2 years of analytical, operations, business analysis, accounting, or data-focused experience

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large volumes of data

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to provide feedback and contribute ideas

• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
