Security Analyst

• Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 end-user security applications, focusing heavily on Intune and Purview.
• Enroll and manage multi-platform operating system devices including Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and macOS.
• Package, deploy, and update Win32 and line-of-business software installations within the centralized endpoint manager.
• Troubleshoot and remediate installed software vulnerabilities across all deployed endpoint devices.
• Establish data classification, document encryption, and exact data match protocols utilizing advanced security labels.
• Create and implement comprehensive security policies, operational baselines, and update rings for business clients.
• Provide desktop support and technical knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams on newly implemented security tools.

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise IT systems administration and Microsoft 365 security engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) across Windows, iOS, and macOS platforms.
• Experience with implementing Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, trainable classifiers, and data loss prevention models.
• Experience in configuring endpoint security baselines utilizing BitLocker encryption and Windows Update for Business.
• Experience with packaging and deploying Win32, line-of-business (LOB), and store applications within cloud management portals.
• Experience in remediating software vulnerabilities on end-user devices and aligning controls with federal CJIS security standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical support teams, write security policies, and deliver technical training.
