Job description

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our international team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend systems., * Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17/21 & Spring Boot

  • Design and implement microservice architectures
  • Work with RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis/Couchbase, and Oracle/PostgreSQL
  • Contribute to system modernization and transformation projects
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and code quality
  • Participate in CI/CD processes and use tools like SonarQube
  • Make architectural decisions and optimize application performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Java backend development
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices
  • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
  • Familiarity with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and caching systems
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and code quality practices
  • Solid understanding of concurrency, transactions, and performance optimization
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
