What You’ll Do

• Own technical escalations from beginning to end.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and security issues.
• Design practical, reliable solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
• Mentor and support other engineers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Work directly with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
• Build long-term relationships with the clients you support.
• Continuously improve the environments you manage.

We value engineers who communicate clearly, document thoroughly, ask thoughtful questions, and explain technical concepts in plain English., * Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, and security.

• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• MSP experience is strongly preferred.
• Certifications are valued but not required., * Microsoft Windows Server: 10 years (Required)
• Computer networking: 10 years (Required)
• PowerShell: 10 years (Required)
