Job description
If you’re looking for a position where someone hands you tickets and tells you exactly what to do, this probably isn’t the right fit.
If you’re the engineer everyone calls after they’ve spent two hours trying to solve a problem…
…keep reading.
We Hire Engineers Who Make Good Decisions
The hardest part of IT isn’t knowing the answer.
It’s deciding which answer is right for the client.
Should you spend another four hours troubleshooting?
Replace the hardware?
Recommend Microsoft instead of a third-party product?
Build something custom?
Keep it simple?
Senior engineers make these decisions every day.
That’s what we’re hiring for.
Technology Changes. Principles Don’t.
You don’t need to know every product we support.
You do need to know how to think.
The best engineers we’ve worked with all have similar habits.
They ask good questions.
They gather evidence before jumping to conclusions.
They admit when they don’t know something.
They continue learning long after the problem is solved.
If that sounds like you, you’ll probably fit in well here.
Your Job Isn’t Just to Solve Problems
It’s to leave the next engineer in a better position than you found them.
Sometimes that means documenting a solution.
Sometimes it means explaining your reasoning.
Sometimes it means helping a teammate learn instead of simply giving them the answer.
We value engineers who raise the level of the entire team.
The Best Technical Solution Isn’t Always the Best Solution
Our clients trust us with more than technology.
They trust us to make good recommendations.
Sometimes the right answer is a complex redesign.
Sometimes it’s a five-minute configuration change.
Sometimes it’s recommending that a client spend nothing at all.
We look for engineers who understand the difference.
Communication Is Part of the Job
Technical ability earns trust.
Communication keeps it., Our engineers don’t just use AI to work more efficiently. They help clients understand it, recommend the right solutions, and implement it securely.
That means understanding topics like data privacy, governance, security, and how different AI platforms fit different business needs.
You don’t need to know every AI product on the market today.
You do need to be curious enough to keep learning as the technology evolves.

- Curiosity beats memorization.
- Ownership beats excuses.

You’ll Probably Enjoy Working Here If You…
- You’d rather understand why something failed than simply restart it.
- You naturally think about business impact, not just technical correctness.
- You enjoy helping other engineers become better.
- You believe the simplest solution is often the best solution.
- You stay calm when everyone else is frustrated.
