Field Technician - Wireless Technology Installation

You will perform streamlined installations and device deployments, working independently with clear, structured guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing pre-configured electronic devices and components.
• Using mobile apps and digital instructions to document your work.
• Following clear placement plans and site-specific instructions.
• Communicating professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Completing installation checklists and maintaining accurate documentation.

We’re seeking technicians with at least 1+ years of low-voltage or commercial integration experience, who meet the following criteria:

• Proven hands-on experience with basic device installation
• Comfort using mobile technology and digital documentation
• Ability to carry and climb an 8’ ladder throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear, consistent instructions.
• Reliability, professional demeanor, and solid communication skills., * Ability to pass comprehensive county, state, and federal background check
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Basic digital literacy (tablet/smartphone apps).
• Ability to work safely on ladders and handle standard installation equipment.
• Flexibility for local travel within Norfolk and nearby communities., * Are you comfortable undergoing a comprehensive federal, state, and local background check for this position?
