Job description

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team and support the organization’s ERP modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing and customizing Epicor Kinetic ERP solutions, building integrations, and enhancing enterprise applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and REST APIs. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, technical teams, and end users to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that improve business productivity. The position is fully remote, with initial travel to Holland required for onboarding, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with the development team. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and support Epicor Kinetic ERP applications.
  • Develop custom business logic to meet organizational and operational requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Epicor ERP and other enterprise systems using REST APIs and OData services.
  • Develop user interface enhancements to improve usability and business workflows.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
  • Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for source control, version management, and deployment activities.
  • Support ongoing ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ERP applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering business processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with Epicor Application Studio.
  • Experience developing Epicor Functions and Function Libraries.
  • Experience with Epicor Business Process Management (BPM) workflows.
  • Knowledge of Business Activity Queries (BAQs).
  • Experience building applications using the Blazor Framework.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript for front-end development.
  • Experience working within manufacturing or industrial environments.
