Job description
You will act as a general-purpose Software Engineer and Data Analyst on a fast-paced, high-priority team where you will design, develop, and integrate solutions that enable an operations-focused customer. You’ll work closely with analysts and other software engineers to integrate AI/ML technologies and develop rapid prototypes. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you’ll wire up automated analysis pipelines, extend internal platforms, and turn vague problem statements into working tools quickly. Responsibilities Elicit requirements from stakeholders and determine the applicability of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Develop automated analysis and triage across various data sources and collection techniques.
Integrate capabilities into existing platforms and SDKs.
Build scripts and user interfaces to convert and normalize data.
Automate workflows by extending the existing platform with new tools and technologies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 3+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree, Experience with software platforms, machine learning, and AI tooling.
Production-grade software development experience in Python or JavaScript.
Experience deploying and managing production services in a fast-paced environment.
Service containerization and deployment with Docker/Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).
Nice to Haves Experience developing with agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
Experience with additional programming languages (Java, C).
Experience prototyping web applications with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue).
Familiarity with analyzing cybersecurity-related datasets (network traffic, OS events).

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 (annualized USD).
