Job description
This role involves conducting real-world attack simulations to identify vulnerabilities, preparing rules of engagement for ethical testing, and delivering trend analysis of findings to strengthen organizational defenses., * Execute penetration tests simulating adversarial attacks across networks, applications, and endpoints.
- Develop and document rules of engagement to ensure safe and ethical testing practices.
- Collaborate with Red Team (offensive) and Blue Team (defensive) operations to assess and improve security posture.
- Provide detailed reports and trend analysis of findings, highlighting risks and recommending remediation strategies.
- Stay current with emerging threats, attack techniques, and security tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or Red/Blue Team operations.
- Strong knowledge of attack methodologies, exploit development, and defensive countermeasures.
- Familiarity with tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, and SIEM/EDR platforms.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, GPEN, CISSP) preferred.
