Requirements
8+ years of experience as a UX Designer. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Experience designing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CRM applications. Expertise in: o Figma o Adobe XD o Sketch o Wireframing and prototyping o User research and usability testing o Design systems and component libraries Experience creating: o User flows o Journey maps o Mockups and interactive prototypes Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ability to collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders. Telecom domain experience (AT&T) is preferred.
