*Analyze, design, develop, and implement wed based applications utilizing experience in

GENESYS tools along with .Net Composer, Voice multimedia, C#, ASP.NET, IIS Tomcat & databases technologies.

*Prepare functional and technical specifications, create & perform various types of tests and generate customized reports & troubleshoot application issues.
