Job description

o Design and implement AI/ML solutions from POC to production. o Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures. o Own the model lifecycle, including: # Training # Deployment # Monitoring # Retraining o Deploy models into production using CI/CD pipelines. o Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and cost. o Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems. o Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and review code and designs. o Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews. o Provide guidance on engineering best practices and standards. o Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Program Managers. o Present technical solutions to business and customer stakeholders. o Support proposal development and technical estimations.

Requirements

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Proficiency with distributed/multi-tier systems and application development, including excellent programming skills in languages such as Java and Python.
Hands-on experience with:
Spring Boot
Microservices
Kafka
Relational and/or NoSQL databases
Experience with conversational interfaces, chatbots, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Analytics.
Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery, including working knowledge of various CI/CD pipeline tools.
Experience with automated release management using: o Maven o Salt o Git o Jenkins o Good understanding of web technologies, including HTTP and Apache. o Familiarity with Unix/Linux. o Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. o Strong written communication and documentation abilities. o Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities. o Knowledge and experience with Contact Center ecosystems/Genesys Framework and Architecture is preferred. o Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders. o Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across functions.
