• Administering user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Microsoft Azure Active Directory and other cloud-based environments.
• Monitoring system performance, managing security patches and backups, and configuring networking equipment like VPNs, switches, and wireless access points.

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 1-3 years of experience in systems administration or technical support.
• Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals, with a solid focus on cybersecurity and endpoint management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and training to end-users on new software and equipment.

• Salary: $65k - $75k
