The key to our success is largely dependent on the outstanding ability of our portfolio execution team., Humana’s Enterprise Information Protection team is seeking a Lead Program Manager who is passionate about leading cross-functional teams to achieve key business outcomes, optimizing productivity and value, and transforming how we deliver value to our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and manage complex strategic security execution plans to achieve outcomes
Oversee the interdependencies and integration of interrelated work streams and leads program execution to deliver business value and outcomes
Actively manage business, IT, and security stakeholder partnerships and ensure success of critical work streams
Identify, escalate, and remove blockers that prevent teams from achieving outcomes
Develop and manage budgets, provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related work stream costs
Monitor, measure, and report on health of strategic work streams and outcomes to various levels of leadership
Lead and champion lean transformation across multiple teams in support of our Humana agile transformation journey
Coach the lean-agile mindset and practices to team members, partners, and leaders
Drive relentless improvement throughout work, Will report to Director, Cyber Data Protection Management, EIP-Cyber Capability Maturity

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and/or more than 8 years relative experience
Outcomes-focused; strives to achieve the best value vs. focusing on task completion
Lean-agile mindset
Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented working style; ability to interact and drive meaningful conversations with senior leadership and peers
Strategic communicator - able to simplify the complex with proven experience presenting to top level executives
Strong coaching and facilitation skills
Change leadership - demonstrated success promoting change by helping others to change and remove barriers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is desired
Passion for building inclusive experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in Lean-Agile teams and environments
Industry Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist)
Industry project management certification (e.g., PMP)
Industry security certification (e.g., CISSP)
Industry cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner)
