• Create application and solution architectures, component designs, and systems integration for business solutions.
• Define, document, and estimate enterprise application requirements.
• Capture requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, operating systems, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT staff to translate business needs into automated solutions.
• Produce solution design artifacts including technical estimates, system designs, sequence diagrams, and data models.
• Coordinate new system development ensuring integration with existing systems and COTS solutions.
• Analyze feasibility and compatibility with hardware and other programs; consult with clients to design applications.
• Collaborate with Business areas and Enterprise Architects for strategic consultation.
• Develop roadmaps and strategies to support agency KPIs with architects and technical teams.

• Experience with SAFe architecture and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience in developing enterprise and solution-level architectural designs.
• Experience in linking cross-functional applications between disparate units and systems.
• Experience with requirements analysis, business process modeling, methodology development, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
• Good project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.
