System Engineer 3

Linux Admin- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration. Configure and manage Linux operating systems alongside Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. Install/load operating systems software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Skills in the following areas are valuable here:

o End-User Support: Help desk support across all levels (both in-person and via phone)

o Systems Administration: Linux Server administration alongside Windows 10/11 and Windows Server

o Configuration Management: Automation utilizing Puppet and Ansible

o Scripting & Development: Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash

o Infrastructure: NetApp storage management and Network administration

o Vmware, Horizon Core work hours 6am to 6pm. Tier 1-3 support
