Overall, this is a really strong opportunity for candidates who want excellent medicine, meaningful career growth, and a team where they can genuinely make an impact., We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful problem solver to serve as our IT, Equipment, and Facilities Attendant. This is a true jack-of-all-trades role responsible for keeping our technology, medical and office equipment, and physical facility in top working condition. The perfect candidate will be able to be crossed trained in all areas of the hospital and be able to fill in where needed. If you enjoy variety, take pride in fixing things, and want your work to directly support animal care, this role is for you!, * Information Technology

  • Provide first-line support for computers, printers, phones, and network issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the practice management software and other clinical systems
  • Coordinate with outside IT vendors when specialized support is needed
  • A full understanding of our practice management program, including scheduling, record keeping, etc…
  • Equipment Management
  • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot medical and diagnostic equipment (e.g., X-ray, ultrasound, lab analyzers, dental units)
  • Track service schedules, warranties, and vendor maintenance contracts
  • Manage inventory of equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements
  • Facilities & Maintenance
  • Perform routine building upkeep and minor repairs
  • Coordinate with external contractors for larger projects
  • Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Patient Care
  • Assist the medical team with hands-on care and ensuring every animal is treated with compassion and respect
  • Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with IT a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle daily checklists efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning, including bending, lifting, and standing., Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work shift. Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
