Job description
As the OBUIntegration Analyst, Associate Director,serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, internal DD&T teams, and external vendors across the Oncology Business Unit (OBU).
This roleis responsible fordefining, governing, and enabling vendor integrations that support patient services, medical, and access capabilities. A key focus is deep understanding of thedata our platforms produce and ingest, ensuringseamless, compliant, and scalable data exchange across a complex ecosystem of internal and external systems.
You will translate business needs into actionable requirements that drive integration delivery across products, data platforms, and vendor solutions.This role sits within the OBU & USBU DD&T organization and reports to the Head of Patient Services, Access & Medical Capabilities, USBU & OBU Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T).
How you will contribute:

Develop a deep understanding of data generated and consumed by OBU products, including downstream and upstream dependencies

Partner closely with Data COE and Enterprise Data Backbone teams to align on data models, standards, governance, and integration strategies

Define and document data requirements, mappings, transformations, and integration logic across systems and vendors

Lead end-to-end vendor integration requirements, including data exchange, workflows, and system interoperability

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers and product owners, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and technical architecture

Partner with product owners and engineering teams to ensure requirements are well understood, prioritized, and implemented effectively

Drive alignment on data standards, quality expectations, and governance practices across vendor integrations

Identifyand address data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues across the ecosystem

Support vendor onboarding and integration lifecycle, including requirements, design validation, testing, and production readiness

Lead requirements management through SDLC/Agile delivery, ensuring full traceability from business need through deployment

Partner with Quality and Testing teams to ensure integration testing and validation meets business and regulatory expectations

Facilitate cross-functional alignment to manage integration dependencies, risks, and change control

Provide strategic recommendations tooptimizedata flows, reduce fragmentation, and improve scalability across the vendor ecosystem

Manage stakeholder expectationsregardingproduct priorities, delivery timelines, constraints, decisions, and outcomes.

Partner with the USBU Product team toidentifyshared Salesforce platform opportunities, reduce duplication, improve scalability, and strengthen platform-level synergies.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, ora relatedfield. Advance degrees preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of data analyst experienceor a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Deepexpertisein data-driven integrations, including strong understanding of how enterprise platforms produce, consume, and exchange data
-
Hands-on experience working with enterprise data platforms, data models, and integration patterns (APIs, file-based, real-time/streaming)
-
Proven ability to partner with enterprise data teams to define data standards and integration approaches
-
Strong experience translating requirements into clear backlog items for developers and product owners
-
Advanced skills in data mapping, data analysis, and troubleshooting across multi-system environments
-
Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems (e.g., specialty pharmacy, hubs, patient services)

Expertisein Agile and hybrid SDLC models, working closely with engineering and product teams
-
Proficiencywith tools such as JIRA, and data/integration documentation tools
-
Experience with integration testing, UAT, and validation of external data exchanges
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business, data, and technical teams effectively
-
Advanced understanding ofCRMplatforms including but not limited to Veeva and Salesforce Life Sciences.

Travel up to 10%; international and domestic

Benefits & conditions
$154,400.00 - $242,550.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
