o Deep Solution architecture experience for Enterprise Resources Planning systems o Experience leading a technical team o Prior experience in SaaS / Cloud deployments with focus on Enterprise Resources Planning applications o Overall familiarity with Human Capital Management is highly desirable o Experience in creating post migration strategy o Application Retirement Strategy o Data Retention & Archive Strategy o Audit, Compliance & Legal Readiness o Historical Reporting Strategy o Integration & Dependency Decommissioning
