This role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing connectivity across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, enabling the business to deliver resilient digital services globally., * Design and document scalable and secure network architectures for enterprise environments

  • Evaluate business and technical requirements to recommend networking solutions
  • Oversee implementation of network designs and provide technical leadership to engineering teams
  • Assess and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, zero trust, hybrid cloud networking)
  • Define network standards, policies, and best practices
  • Ensure performance optimization, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF)
  • Understanding firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network segmentation
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and interconnectivity strategies
  • Familiarity with network automation, monitoring, and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python scripting)
  • Strategic thinking and long-term planning Experience
  • Documentation and presentation skills for architectural proposal

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure architecture
  • Prior experience leading large-scale infrastructure migrations or redesigns
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
  • Experience integrating cloud-native networking with on-premises systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, network engineering, or related field
  • Master’s degree in information systems or business administration is recommended for enterprise-level roles

Benefits & conditions

Polish Salary Range / Polski przedział wynagrodzenia: PLN 319,500 to PLN 532,500The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. More detailed information on the total benefits package will be supplied during the recruitment process.
