Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Data Analyst to support data analysis within our Interoperability Engineering team. This role focuses on transforming raw qualification and lab data into accurate, actionable insights that help engineering teams diagnose issues, validate designs, and improve overall test quality.
In this role, you will work closely with hardware, firmware, and networking engineers to clean and analyze qualification data, generate reports, and validate results across multiple labs and platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, while helping evolve reporting pipelines and automation capabilities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with real test data, digging into technical details, and improving how engineering decisions are informed.

-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfort working with structured and unstructured technical data
- Interest in lab-based engineering, qualification testing, or interoperability
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Within a daily commutable distance to Conway, AR and will not require relocation assistance
What Will Put You Ahead
- Familiarity with test data formats, lab instrumentation outputs, or logging systems
- Exposure to hardware, firmware, or networking test environments
