Job description

Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and governance for enterprise applications.
  • Define application architecture, technology standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Drive technical decision-making and solution optimization for complex business requirements.

Full Stack Development

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React JS.
  • Develop secure, high-performance APIs and integrations.
  • Implement unit testing, integration testing, and test automation using JUnit, Mockito, and TDD practices.

Database & Data Management

  • Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and Amazon Redshift.
  • Ensure database performance, scalability, security, and data integrity.

  • Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 to $174,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
